Some of the topics discussed at the symposium Universities & local communities in partnership for development and innovation culinary arts and gastronomy at the VEC Conference held as part of the 10th Annual UCCN Meeting on Creative Cities held in Østerssund. 

Professor Bent Egberg Mikkelsen was one of the speakers contributing with expences and insights from the Danish SoL and Campus’n Community programs and in particular how service and PBL oriented learning among the students of Integrated Food Studies can contribute.
