The course featured the Dietary Intake Monitoring System, the eButton and other intelligent devices for ICT assisted collection of dietary data and was held November 23-25, 2015 in a cooperation between Aalborg University, University of Eastern Finland and School of Public Health at Fudan University, Shanghai.
