AAU researchers exhibits devices for food in Shopping mall
The Virtual food choice simulator, the overhead Buffet Heat Mapping device and the Mobile Intelligent Buffet were just some of the items that went in the trunk of the van when researchers and students from AAU met weekend shoppers in the shopping mall spinderiet at the 2015 annual Researchers Festival. The theme was to demonstrate the reach of new intelligent devices in ths study of human food behaviour
